Sometimes you feel like you’re backed into a corner. You wish you could disappear into a hole where nobody can see you and you can’t see anyone else. Life feels heavy. You think there’s no solution because you’ve sunk so low that there’s nowhere else to go.

Maybe you think you have no money, no family, no friends, no one who loves you. Do you know why? Because you trusted, believed, or obeyed others. Maybe you were a bit lazy, didn’t want to step out of your comfort zone.

Maybe you were dependent on someone, something, or a feeling.

Maybe you had addictions that you think you can not give up, maybe you were afraid, maybe you felt helpless. Because what others said seemed more right. Your parents, your boss, your teacher, your spouse, your lover, your child, or whoever and whatever the reason.

Maybe an illness struck at the wrong time and you felt helpless. Diseases have emotional causes.

Maybe you misunderstood, were misunderstood, or felt like were never understood. You had communication issues.

Maybe you didn’t have money for food, a place to stay. And no one helped. But you know what? I know people who went without eating anything for 26 days, with no home, no money. These people managed to rise above it.

How do I know? Because I was there once too. I also cried for nights and days. Wanted to scream and cry at the top of my lungs, but I couldn’t make a sound. Maybe I felt ashamed, maybe scared, maybe didn’t dare.

I felt worthless, abandoned, deceived, invalidated, lonely, unhappy, helpless. I bent, I broke, I shattered, I was rejected several times but every time, I rose stronger. Every time, I faced tougher challenges.

In my dreams, I always went to school. Later, I realized these trials in my dreams were tools for my learning, for my well-being, for living a better and happier life. I started writing down my dreams. I tried to understand the messages given to me.

I confronted my fears. The more I feared, the more I faced them. I fought with shadows, sometimes I even feared my own shadow. But I didn’t give up. I turned it into a tool. I tried to understand my fear to shine a light for others who fear, I thanked it, and when it completed its task, I bid it farewell.

Now I know, and I have the courage because I’ve seen the bottom of the bottom. All you need to do is believe in yourself and in the universe. If you’re really at the bottom, you’ll start this training faithfully and apply it.

You have to take a step. When you focus on what you truly need and strive for what will benefit you and the whole, you’ll realize you’re on the right path with the doors that open. I made it out, and you will too.

If you have never done yoga or breathing session you dont need to worry about it because it is for every level of yoga lovers or explorers. If you think that you are not elastic, or not sportive you also dont need to worry because yoga will help you to stretch and strenghten your body, control your breathing and get rid of your muscle pains. You can do yoga lifelong and everywhere withouth any equipment. You just need a yoga mat or a big towel.

What did we do in previous camps?  Yoga, pilates, meditation, breathing, pranayama, historical and gourme tasting vacations in nature, swimming, zipline, rafting, kite boarding, yatch tour, dancing, work shops about pain and muscles, posture analysis, bioenergy, reiki, astrology, art and many events, camps and retreats like that in boutique hotels. We went to many places like Black sea, Çeşme, Selçuk, Dalyan, Marmaris, Urla, Kaz Dağları.

This time we  are going to visit one more time Ephesus in Selçuk because we are in love with this Nea Efessos Boutique Hotel. (Some websites it is Vinifera Hotel)

WHAT WILL WE DO THERE?

We will refresh ourself with yoga and breathing sessions and at the same time we will taste the history in Ephessus and Şirince wines. :)

We will do work shop and exercises about back and neck pain and posture disorders.

Ephesus is world known ancient site and it is in the list of UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE. If you want to have more information you can visit some websites about Ephesus. For me most important points are:

  • One of the seven wonders of the ancient world was here which was The Temple Of Artemis
  • It was the 4.largest city in the Roman Empire after Rome, Alexandria and Antioch with its population around 240.000
  • The biggest city with its population and the largest commercial center in Asia Minor.
  • The Church of Virgin Mary where the third ecumenical council was held is in Ephesus.
  • The biggest ancient theatre in Turkey with its capacity of 24.000 is in Ephesus.

On the other hand we will visit famous and cute wine village which is 6, 7 kms a way from our hotel. Here you do wine tasting, but some hearbs, soaps and olive oil products can visit some churches, buy ancient accessories. ONLINE EV EGZERSİZ VE ANTRENMAN VİDEOLARI, EŞLİ EGZERSİZ, ÇOCUK EGZERSİZLERİ İZMİR

23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramımız kutlu olsun. Bu makalemizde evde, çocuğunuz, eşiniz, arkadaş veya aile dostları ile yapabileceğiniz Omuz ve kol kaslarınızı güçlendirecek basit egzersiz videoları hazırladım.  Her antrenmana öncelikle dinamik stretching ve aktif ısınma ile başlayalım. Bu ve bunun gibi yapacağınız, nabzınızı yükseltecek ve sizi antrenmana hazırlayacak olan egzersizler, hem sakatlanma riskinizi azaltır, hem de eklem açıklığınızı arttırarak hareketleri daha düzgün yapmanızı sağlar.

Bugün deltoid dediğimiz omuz kaslarımızı çalıştıracağız. İşte sizler için hazırladığımız hareketler.

10 dakika ısınmanızı yaptıktan sonra her hareketi 10 tekrar ve 2 şer set uygulayın. Ağırlıkları kendinize göre ayarlayın ve hareketleri yavaş yavaş yapın. Dilerseniz su şişelerini ağırlık olarak, kilotlu çoraplarınızı da direnç bandı olarak kullanabilirsiniz. Antrenmanınız bittikten sonra esneme hareketlerini unutmayın. Esneme hareketleri ve esnemenin önemi ile ilgili makalemizi okuyarak bu konu hakkında bilgi alabilirsiniz. Daha önce buna benzer hareketler veya spor yapmadıysanız mutlaka bir uzmandan yardım alın.
